This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions related to Ghost Revenue services offered via ghostrev.io (the "Site").

Ghost Revenue is a trading brand of SPATARI DANIEL CONSULTANCY - FZCO, a free zone company licensed by IFZA in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Licence no. 89192, Registration no. 82431). Registered office: IFZA Business Park, DDP, PO Box 342001, Dubai, UAE.

This policy is supplementary to the Ghost Revenue Terms of Service, available at ghostrev.io. Where both documents apply, they should be read together.

Ghost Revenue services are provided exclusively to business clients (B2B). Consumer protection withdrawal or cooling-off rights under EEA, UK, or other consumer protection laws do not apply to business-to-business transactions.

1) Returns

Ghost Revenue provides digital services and digital deliverables. Physical returns do not apply. If you received access to digital deliverables, systems, or hosted services, those are not returnable in the traditional sense.

2) Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds.

This includes (without limitation):

  • DFY service fees
  • Implementation, setup, and build work
  • Retainers, maintenance, and hosting fees
  • Partially used time or unused time
  • Delays caused by the client (missing access, assets, approvals, or responses)
  • Preference changes or change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with business outcomes or results (see Section 5 of the Terms of Service)

Exception: If a refund is required by applicable law, we will comply to the minimum extent required.

A chargeback or payment dispute does not constitute a valid refund request and does not release you from your payment obligations. See Section 4 of this policy for details.

3) Subscriptions, retainers, and cancellation

If you are on a retainer, maintenance plan, or hosting subscription:

  • You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to support@ghostrev.io.
  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the 30-day notice period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial periods or unused time.
  • Fees remain due during the notice period.

4) Disputes, chargebacks, and payment reversals

If you initiate a dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal:

  • We may immediately pause or suspend all Services, delivery, support, and access while the dispute is active.
  • A chargeback may be treated as a material breach of our agreement.
  • We will respond to disputes with evidence of work delivered, access logs, communications, and any relevant project documentation.

If the dispute is resolved in our favor, services do not automatically resume. You will need to contact us to re-engage, and continued service will be at our discretion.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@ghostrev.io first so we can attempt to resolve it before you involve your bank or payment provider.

5) Payment processing

Payments for Services may be made through Whop or directly to Ghost Revenue (for example, by invoice or bank transfer), as agreed for your engagement.

Where payment is processed through Whop, Whop acts as the Merchant of Record ("MoR"). This means:

  • Refunds (if any are required by law or explicitly approved in writing) for Whop-processed payments must be processed through Whop's systems. Refunds for payments made directly to Ghost Revenue, if any, are processed by Ghost Revenue.
  • Your purchase and payment processing may also be subject to Whop's checkout and payment policies.

Ghost Revenue remains responsible for delivering the Services you purchased, subject to the Terms of Service and any written Project Terms.
